Giveaway Winner

I am happy to announce that the winner of my giveaway is Carol of 'Yankee Girl' Art. Meeko drew your name. He did! I put everyone's names on pieces of scrap paper, put them face down on the floor so I didn't know whose they were, put a treat on each and chose the one Meeko went to first. (Maybe a silly method, but it was more fun than using a hat.)

Thank you everyone for the heartwarming comments you left for me. It means so much to me that you like my paintings. Thanks, as well, for the comments on my photography. I love taking photos and I'm learning more about my camera every day.

I wish I could have sent something to each and every one of you, but stay tuned. I will have another giveaway near the end of October to celebrate my first year on Etsy.

  4. Gosh, I missed the giveaway, darn it, it didn't come up on my blog list again, so I will keep an eye out for your blogs now!! Meeko is so lovely, do people stop you and ask what type of dog he is b'cos he's got such a fab coat and look about him, I know he's a wheaten terrier (hope that's right now?) but you don't see many of them here! :) Did you print your lilac painting?

    1. That's too bad Julie about missing the giveaway but I will have another one soon.

I do have people ask me. People have even stopped their cars to ask. Yes he's a Wheaten terrier. There are a few of them around where we live but not that many. There are only two breeders that I am aware of in Quebec.

I have a print of my lilac painting in my shop. I did it a while back. :)

    1. I needed to amuse myself yesterday to provide some relief from the stress of preparing for the show. Of course, Meeko's up for anything that involves treats. :)
